Our restaurant is inspired by someone truly special: Iris Potter - lovingly known as Honey”. Growing up by her mom’s cookstove, in a small cafe, where warm and delicious aroma filled the air. Honey developed a lifelong love for baking. When Honey had her own children, she baked for them and the neighborhood kids, who would sit on the back porch waiting for fresh baked bread, warm brownies and whatever delightful creations emerged from Honey’s Kitchen that day. But Honey’s talent didn’t stop there; she infused creativity and generosity into everything she touched, from writing poetry, playing the piano, singing and dancing to crocheting colorful scrap caps for children around the world. Today at Honey’s each dish is inspired by her loving spirit, that feeds people with heartfelt kindness towards others, whether family or stranger. We invite you to savor the love cook into every bite.
